Tar Heels vacate 2008, 2009 victories

Self imposed sanctions include loss of 3 scholarships per year for 3 years, 2 years probation and a $50,000 fine in addition to the vacating of the victories. Question of the day; 14 players were involved and only 3 scholies per year, where as we had 2 players and 10 scholies per year. I guess it's the 'New Math.'
