I would love them to explain just how their apples and oranges concept holds up, because I can’t see why an existing precedent can’t be used in a punishment.

Stupid NCAA needs an impartial unbiased infractions committee with zero athletic ties. I don’t care if they want to be harsh or lenient, but for god’s sake be consistent. I can accept what they dole out as long as its the same treatment for everyone. Hell, I would have an easier time accepting if it were even close.
