USC 4th in revenue, 1st in expenses, and unprofitable athletics dept? Anyone have good insight on this? I presume not owning our own stadium costs us #1 in conference revenue. But, I also thought USC's AD was profitable? Of course, the data may not paint the full picture since we are private. Obviously, the conference TV deals are ridiculous. How could any conference other than the top 2 support the BCS after seeing the killing that the B10 and SEC are making?!?
