Probe of student's death contradicts ND's story - chicagotribune.com
I am not surprised one bit if ND stonewalled in this investigation... Here is the money quote: The university allowed OSHA to view the team’s practice footage, but it did not turn over the tapes because Notre Dame lawyers said it contained "highly proprietary, trade secret information related to the business of college sports," documents show. Disgusting! To hide behind the notion that the tapes requested by OSHA contained 'highly proprietary trade secret information' is laughable at best, and reprehensible at worst. This isn't National Security Agency here it's just freakin' football and it cost a kid his life. Unreal!
