USC takes on UCLA in the Dodgertown Classic
The 4-9 Trojans will be playing the #13 Bruins today at 2:30 at Dodger Stadium.

Crazy moment in the 8th when we went through FOUR pitchers in one inning. Bases were loaded and Bruin fans finally got noisy. Then it got real quiet. :-)

For some reason
the Dodgertown Classic is not considered part of the official Pac-10 schedule, according to the LA Times. So this game wouldn’t count towards the Gauntlet or Cup or whatever it is now.
We’ll still play the usual three games against the Bruins, at Dedeaux, starting March 25th.
UCLA falls to 8-6 with the loss, by the way.

but, it’s always great to beat the baby bears. surprised the bruins’ record is that bad. they started off on a tear, as I recall.
