Barkley to have afternoon news conference about next season

Per the USC AD twitter feed, there will be a press conference this afternoon for Matt Barkley to announce his decision about returning for one more season or going pro. Cowherd briefly claimed it was a lock that Barkley is gone, but then retracted. Speculation is rife as you can imagine. Pretty much everyone who has an opinion is saying they have no inside information, so I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
