Well sports fans, this is BonesMccoy with a Sunday morning posting which is pure LULZ. After all my serious discussion about things like Penn State, NCAA Enforcement hypocrisy, and the Oregon game; I have some stuff bring some levity. If the censors kill the thread due to FCC rulings, federal government censors, and blog rules; well, that's okay by me. But, this posting is for mature guys and if you're a SUV-driving OC mom with children in the room, move on. Don't say I didn't warn you.
College GameDay was down in Houston yesterday morning for the first time. It's always fun to watch the best college sports program on the air. The chemistry on the set is great precisely because of the edge that the spontaneous spirit brings. This is the edge of emotion and spirit that GameDay does a great job showing nation wide. In the two hour program, ESPN brings some unity to our nation as football fans (millions) join in our national pasttime of the autumn.
Yesterday's SMU v. Houston game brought some special antics as Lee Corso picks the game, but got so excited that he let slip the f-bomb on cable TV. I was watching the show live and was a bit surprised when it happened and I wasn't sure that I really heard him say what I thought he said. But, the youtube denizens have preserved for antiquity the greatest of the moment

But, if you really want to know my feelings about the NCAA Enforcement hypocrisy, I can only say that I agree with Coach Corso.
"Not so fast my friend", the FCC will probably be lurking...and the coach issued this statement a few minutes later.
And, just for making Coach Corso apologize on ESPN, I'd like to pay tribute to
Larry Scott and his $10,000 Kiffin fine and the sit-down of TJ McDonald with a great song by CLoGreen. This is just for you Julie the NCAA Enforcer from a guy who is nothing like you.
From Captain Kirk himself to the NCAA hypocrites-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d5hae6PlPYA
In case you idiots back East can't translate your stinking FCC bleeps to actual language, here's the original tune that Shatner is doing.

Now, if Shatner didn't need to apologize on TBS, why should Corso on ESPN?
