Filed to ESPN: Jim Harbaugh is expected to agree to a five-year contract with the 49ers.
Who would have ever thought Stanford news would dominate the front page of a USC blog? Times, evidently, have changed.

A few notes:
- San Francisco will be holding a press conference at 3:30 p.m. PST, so I take it this is going to go through. Would be surprised if it doesn't.
- Deal is reportedly worth $25 million over five years.
- California taxes, however, will likely cut his salary in half.
