READ THIS...Think Before you Post

Regardless of what you are hearing it would be best if you waited for concrete facts from the report before posting any FanPost, FanShot or comment.

There is a lot of stuff swirling out there right now. Some of it may be true, some of it not, but lets try to keep our heads. I don't expect this to be pretty...I expect things to come out that we were not aware of. If that is true the program that we hold so near and dear to our hearts will be forever tarnished. We need to keep our heads not say stupid things.

I understand that there will be a lot of frustration but lets direct it towards those that put us in this mess once the OFFICIAL report is released. I am hearing a number of things off the grid but I will not share them for numerous reasons...lets see how they play out.

For our members from other programs and fan bases...

If you come with smart commentary and measured responses then we welcome your take. If you come here only to stir up some shit then we will ban you...no questions asked and I won't look back I don't care how long you have been here on CC, I don't care if we are "buddies" or not, I need to make sure that this site does not go into meltdown mode because of antagonizing posts...I would simply prefer you stay away if you have nothing constructive to offer.

To our members here on CC...

Try not to attack your fellow Trojans here if you disagree with a comment...we are all on the same team even when we disagree. We need to support each other. I am OK if you want to vent but don't attack other members of our community just because you disagree. Vent your frustration at those who put us in this position. Leave the players alone...they will probably say some boneheaded things on Twitter.This affects them far more that it affects us and they are the reaons that we all participate in this community in the first place...

If current players decide they want to transfer out (which is strong possibility) because of the severity of the sanctions please try to show some class in wishing them well. We would want that if the shoe was on the other foot. If they don't want to be at USC then fine, there is no need to bash them on their way out. After all these are just kids, this isn't their fault...

My personal recommendation to all of you here is to stay off and don't read other teams blog or boards. All it will do is frustrate you...ride out the storm here or on any of the other Pro-USC sites.

Joey Is bumped up in status so that he has banning power.

The waiting period is now 7 days bumped from 3. If you were not a member before the week started then the only reason you are joining now is probably not for a positive reason and so you are encouraged to stay away...

Because I have a pretty light day today there is a good chance I will be taking the day off to monitor things on CC. But if I have to go in I will keep tabs while I am at work. DC is on the road but I know he will be lurking and will act accordingly.

So lets try to keep our heads. We are in for a bumpy ride.

I have said it before and I will say it again...no matter what happens I will always love and support this program even when they do things to piss me off. I will support this team through thick and thin. My USC banner will stay out on the front porch and I just bought a whole shit load of stuff from the book store so I won't be hiding my support for this team what so ever...you should do the same.

I for one am happy it is finally over. We can start thinking about the future while putting this all behind us.
