USC Men's Tennis Smash The Bay Area Teams

Happy Easter Everyone! Bumped - P

USC defeated Stanford 5-2 on Friday led by strong doubles play and Daniel Nguyen getting the singles clincher. For those who came there was free in&out burger along with tight and spirited battle. It is fitting that Daniel closed out the victory, since he is a fierce competitor who might have the best game of the crew. I came with one of my long time friends and coaches (Domingo Maurcio) who was really impressed with Nguyens play, stating he had one of the cleanest game of all players. While we were watching this match Stanford extra players were sitting closest to the players were yelling there team on, except these kids were rude. One would say to Daniel when came back to pick-up a ball that he was going to choke, that’s a little to classless for tennis fans and he was worn by the chair ump. But this punk keep it up until I told him that wasn’t cool and a low class act, plus some other encouragement. Well Danny had the last laugh, way to stick it to him D-Win as he is known by teammates.

And here is D-win and doubles partner JT Sundling the national 18s champions for 2009
