Trojan Women down ASU in tennis to stay in hunt for pac-10 title.

USC Women’s Tennis takes out ASU 5-2, winning at 1-4 singles and taking the doubles 2-1. Maria Sanchez and Danielle Lao Winning 8-6 after falling behind early 3-5, Sarah Fansler and Lyndsay Kinstler being the first doubles team to finish 8-5 at #3 and Alison Ramos and Valeria Pulido Losing in a tight match 8-9 in a tie breaker. After that the Trojans took control in singles winning at #1 thru #4 singles in straight sets. Freshman Danielle Lao from Arcadia, California dominated senior opponent Nadia Abdala who is a foot taller at 6’2” 6-3, 6-2. Lao mixing in short and deep shots had Nadia off balanced most of the match, completely controlling her with well disguised shots.

Oh, I forgot to add I saw coach hanging with his wife and kids at tennis matches, also Jurrell Casey He was watching Maria Sanchez.
