Oregon football player cited
Editor's Note: Apparently, it's just a citation. Kaddu has not been arrested.
More new coming out of Eugene tonight. And yes, USC is still the Pac-10 program that is completely lacking in "institutional control."

Areested, cited what's the difference...
Anyone here think Chip Kelly is happy that another one of his players is in the news for the wrong reasons?
This Clown doesn’t seem to get it…
Yeap, I get it underage kids drink all the time, in school , the military etc. That is not the point. Rule #1 protect the team this kid didn’t…
I can’t think of a single Ducks fan that is happy about this because it is more negative pub for the program….
"Mention USC to a Bruin and they get angry; mention UCLA to a Trojan and they laugh."
And for a rational take...
This guy GETS IT!
"Mention USC to a Bruin and they get angry; mention UCLA to a Trojan and they laugh."
Football player cited? What? Who? Where?
Ohhhhhh, it’s in Eugene and not LA. Ok, national press, nothing to report here. False alarm. No USC blood in the water. Keep circling.
Hey DFW how do you make the Cent reference for ucla
LA Sports is what keep me off the streets and out of trouble, thanks to all the teams Rams, Dodgers, Lakers, USC sports and the Love of Tennis.

In Windows OS
go to start menu, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and click the Character Map application. I know there are other ways, but that is the easiest for me. I just keep Character Map open when sports blogging. There’s a cent symbol in there to copy and paste.
The NCAA doesn't care
how many arrests happen as longs as there is no exchange of cash.
All they care about are gifts, and academic fraud.
By the way
The Oregon kicker Beard, the guy who had his head caved in, actually started that fight when he shoved a girl to the ground while drunk. He plead guilty to misdemeanor physical harassment. I wonder why BN isn’t making a new laundry list for the Ducks. There is all sorts of juicy material to choose from, and they won’t have to add water fights and macabre pranks to fill it out.
Shouldn't the bigger deal
be that he was trying to break into a car?
That would have been a big deal if the cops showed up a couple minutes later and he had been driving a car that didn’t belong to him.
yes in theory
but the owner of the car isn’t pressing charges… wonder if he was going to do the same before he learned the perp was on the team.
Exactly
The kid was trying to steal a car, just happen to be drunk (or is just in possession?) at the time. Maybe the owner just got an upgrade on his season tickets?

He was visibly intoxicated. My guess is, he thought the car was his, and was too plastered to figure it out.
its spelled "S-H-U-F-E-L-T-O-B-L-I-G-A-T-E-D-T-O-D-O-I-T"
You know that just might be the case
