Trojan Men's and Women's Tennis still moving in right direction.
Since the Trojan Men blew-out the Bruins they have beaten Wake Forest 5-2 at home, lost to Duke 3-4 on the road and beat #6 Georgia at Athens 4-2. The Duke loss was close with USC not playing with senior Robert Farah the 11th rank player in college tennis. Against the Bulldogs 2 days later Farah played #2 singles and was the difference in the match, while playing hurt. The #3 Trojans improve to 14-2 overall and will play the Oregon Ducks on march 26 at Oregon. http://www.usctrojans.com/sports/m-tennis/recaps/031910aaa.html
The Lady Trojans improved to 9-6 overall with a 6-1 win against Fresno State at USC, lead by the doubles team of Danielle Lao / Alison Ramos. Sarah Fansler and Maria Sanchez lead the way in singles next up for the Trojans will be the Washington schools. http://www.usctrojans.com/sports/w-tennis/recaps/031710aaa.html

What type of injury does Farah have?
The Trojan men’s tennis team has a decent record, who’s their toughest Pac-10 foe going into the championships? I didn’t click on the tennis recap link, I’m only online for a few tonight. Another “big date” tonight. (same with last night. my date last night went so fricking great, . . . . i’m still thinking about this girl).
I went to see the Trojan Invitational track meet earlier today. We kicked butt. But, we need better depth in the sprints, the middle and long distances (men) are decent- but the women need to get better as the season progresses. Our field event athletes also need to step up. Our men and women sprinters are world class, but we need field “specialists” in those events as some of our male and female sprinters (men: long jump/ women: high jump & long jump) are pulling double-duty.
We kicked ass in the relays!
Thanks for the tennis updates SoCal. Keep ’em coming, as I look forward to these posts of yours.

Bix thanks and I am wondering about Farah injury to but if he could play a three set singles match, it can't be to seriuos.
Beating the dogs at their house is a major win for this team, hopefully they can take this all the way again this year.
LA Sports is what keep me off the streets and out of trouble, thanks to all the teams Rams, Dodgers, Lakers, USC sports and the Love of Tennis.
