BREAKING NEWS: USC names Sample's replacement
USC has named C. L. Max Nikias, presently serving as Executive Vice President and Provost, as the school's 11th president. Nikias also received a unanimous vote and his presidency will become effective in August of this year.

Not sure this is the best move from what I have read from others…

Wow and I thought Bix or Loco were going to get it, it was rigged all the way I demand a recount.

The fix was in, the BofT didn’t want to rock the boat. While Nikias is far from an inspired choice he will do a competent job, and all the right people ($$$) like him.
