Once again Scott Wolf proves his worth...
Gee, do much research Scott? (emphasis added)

I know that Monte Kiffin and Pete Carroll had a mentor/disciple relationship, but do you expect to see any fundamental changes on defense this coming year, and if so, what?A: Kiffin ran more man-to-man coverages than Carroll because he is used to being in the NFL. So I expect the defense to be more aggressive. But it will interesting to see how Kiffin responds to the spread-option offenses he will need to deal with when USC plays teams like Oregon. Also, here's a stat: Norm Chow is 2-0 against Monte Kiffin.
2-0?
Really?
It get better...here is the smackdown.

Scott, Scott, Scott, where to begin?
once again, readers prove to be more informed than a guy who is paid to be a USC beat reporter
fucla gained 186 yards and had one TD against Tenn, with a 21% 3rd down conversion percentage. The only reason ucla won was because Tenn had 4 TO's (including 3 picks by Crompton). They won IN SPITE of chow's anemic offense, not because of it
If Monte's D holds Chow's O to 186 yards this year, USC will kill them. It won't even be close.
Monte's D also held eventual champ Alabama to 256 yards and 4 FGs (NO TDs) and nearly won except for a last second blocked FG attempt
BTW - Alabama just won the Nat'l title with an OC not named Chow.... I know it disrupts your strange world view, but it happens

Here's a stat:
2007 - Tampa Bay beat Tennessee 13-10, by my calculation that makes Monte 1-1 vs. Chow.I know facts are hard for you Wolf but Monte wasn't at UT for the first game in the ucla series.

pdxtrojan20...you have provided us (at least by what I've noticed) with more significant relevancy in recent weeks than Wolf could ever dream of producing. I know that you are probably way too busy in your brilliant USC education provided career, to even consider replacing Wolf at this job. lmao..
Wolf, not that it would also be relative in many of your other postings, but I strongly recommend that you get your IT guru to "delete" this entire discussion thread before Dean "The Devil" Singleton sees it, and fires your ass on the spot!
Unbelievable...
Can Wolf be any dumber?
Heck, even I knew that Kiffin faced Chow only once at UT.
The NFL info is just icing on the cake!!
What a nimrod!

Wolfs stuff is tired
All he does is hate. Not 1 snap played in the Kiffin era and he is already hating. He must be a really sad guy with all that vitriol built up inside him.
just another Nestor without the banning

He is doing it for traffic
He must see it as any publicity is good publicity.
What I do not understand is how he gets to vote in the polls. He has a demonstrated lack of understanding, and a keen bias against USC, What is the process for getting a vote in the AP Poll?
Perhaps more importantly for Wolf
What is the process for getting a voter removed from the poll?
With the coaching change, there should also be a change of the Reporter / Journalist covering Football at SC for the L.A. Daily News. Scott Wolf has shown in the past an arrogance and negative temperament in his reporting and on the blog toward the players, staff and the administration. The current blog is not the type of place one goes to hear of the good thing the school has done, only the innuendo, supposition and negative allegations directed toward the University and it’s students.
I personally care not one way or another if Wolf get’s fired, however I feel it would be in the best interest of the L.A. Daily News if it were to replace Wolf as their Blog representative on InsideUSC.
Too bad
There’s a lot of smart Trojans posting on his board. They belong here but them’s the breaks. Wolf… what a sorry ass sack of protoplasm.

No Knowledge
That is why when Wolf started his “baby QB” rant, I christened him the “Baby Journalist.” You know he claims that he doesn’t read the comments, it’s a shame, he may learn something if he did.
That’s bullshit. He reads them alright, banned me twice! What a worthless sack full of used “baby diapers.” Worst part is he’s a Trogan ;-P

Wolf was never very good
But it really seems like he has just lost it in the last year or so. He is just useless now.
oc phil
I refrain from reading Wolf
…unless I’m REALLY bored. But I don’t want to give that hack more hits than he’s worth (nothing). For every little interesting inside info nugget that you get, there’s at least 30-40 posts of snarky comments, jabs at the program, factual inaccuracies and hypothetical wankery that does nothing but stir up controversy and bring out the trolls in droves. There used to be about half a dozen commenters that brought some interesting discussion to the comments, but now it’s impossible to find substance amongst the clusterfuck of Bruin trolls and haters.
Conquest Chronicles is the savior blog from the downfall of Wolfie, with much more intelligent, moderate discussion (and in a better format too). Long live CC!
Yeah the ruin trolls are amazing they are there all the time kind of like OC reg. But Wolf seems to like it I really feel wolf doesn't really care about blog any way.

Can't Even Waste Energy on Wolf
He is a talentless hack. I guess he had one of the early blogs with comments, so he has readership. I only go there to flame at bRuin trolls. Don’t expect to receive any value from the blog.
The only good paper blog is the OCR. Michael Lev is an outstanding sports reporter. Fair, insightful, and intelligent.
I always enjoy see your name and some others at Wolfs’ cesspool, it makes me feel less lonely amongst the trolls.
Well I guess you have seen this one PK-in-the mesa
