Robert Woods Named Pac-10 Freshman Offensive POY
Great to see Woods get some post season pub!
USC's Robert Woods was freshman offensive player of the year and offensive lineman Tyron Smith and defensive lineman Jurrell Casey also were voted All-Pacific 10 Conference by league coaches.
Woods was selected to the first team as a kickoff returner. He averaged 25.6 yards per return and also caught 64 passes for 786 yards and six touchdowns as a receiver.
Other mentions...
Trojans safety T.J. McDonald and punt returner Ronald Johnson were voted second-team all-conference.
Congrats guys!
Way to represent!

I swear
I was two seconds away from posting this as well.
Nonetheless, congratulations to Bob.
The folks up in Pullman, however, aren’t particularly happy with this.
Woods is such a stud
I’ve said it every week, and it bears repeating. He fully deserved the award – congrats to him.
Nice work by our other Trojans getting some pub as well.
Totally deserved
Josh Huff had to be real close behind though.
