Guillory sues NCAA for 25 million
Guillory says the NCAA defamed him. All I can say is....if he is telling the truth, then let the NCAA pay their dues on this one.

Great news....I think
I like the invasion of privacy grounds and the fact that the NCAA apparently knew about and approved of the Guillory/Mayo relationship prior to enrollment. The more parties that sue that NCAA over this, the better, as the NCAA may just get further exposed for their corruption.
Alternatively, Guillory may just be pre-empting a USC lawsuit against himself for violation of the CA agent law.
Interesting development though.

Right…where was this veracity when ESPN broke the story. Where was it when the NCAA was investigating this mess? Did he ever stand up and deny and/or defend himself over the $1000 handshake he allegedly gave Tim Floyd?

I love it when the NCAA gets litigated. Hell! They got the money to defend themselves and. . . .that’s exactly my point.
The more money those elite pricks spend on defending themselves in court- maybe they’ll get sick and tired of seeing how much money gets spent/expensed in their Chart of Accounts.
Seeing information, that black and white, in front of them might give them pause to consider making fundamental changes to the way their bylaws and codes are written. It’s usually ONLY money that TALKS.
