doesnt he and his family live in Cal? there were no others school here?
There aren't really any good FCS schools in California and the west coast anyway

Good school
Top FCS program, pretty girls, get’s a chance to play immediately, and he is by far the highest profile and top-rated player coming out of high school they have ever had in their program. It’s a HUGE deal not only for the school, but for the entire City. He’ll be treated like a king, unless he plays like he did at UW.
Still, it’s a great decision. He’ll get a chance to play and perhaps become a Joe Flacco.
