Fight on, Steve!
Very sad news. I remember all of the hype that McNair had coming out of his record setting small college years, with many dubious of his likelihood of success in the NFL. Then, I fondly recall McNair evolving into one of the very best NFL QBs. I always admired him for his leadership and toughness. He battled through injuries, had great wheels, had a rocket arm, and was tough. Very tough. Would always take big hits, and frequently win the tackle confrontation. He never left the field without a dirty uniform and banged up help up. This guy was a true warrior. And always had a smile on his face. I wonder if he has a shot at the HoF? I bet his stats are just outside of what’s needed. Regardless, when he was healthy, he was the epitome great NFL QB. I rarely rooted for his team, but loved watching Steve McNair play. Fight on, Steve.

Don't know much about McNair
but it didnt seem like anyone had anything bad to say about him. I remember the Superbowl that he almost won in the final seconds. It was one of the more memorable Superbowls because of McNair. Sad news for him and his wife and sons.
