I see where Skippy is hoarding all the 3 STAR recruits for 2010, if he keeps it up they will become 3 STAR TECH.

Mike Williams was a 3 star
The star system has never been reliable. There have been numerous 5 star busts, and a lot of 2 and 3 star gems. What remains to be seen is whether or not Neuheisel can spot those gems the way that Pete and his staff have done in the past.
