Theus Was Too Successful?!?

First, all the rumors of him being a dirty coach, when he has had no NCAA violations in his past. Now, questioning his recruiting tactics because he was too successful at NMSU??? The only semi-legit piece of evidence against Theus that I have seen is concerns over his close ties to Pat Barrett. That doesn’t mean that he invites Barrett over for dinner. I am seriously beginning to suspect that some of the negativity around Theus from certain SC fans could be prejudice. They say he is not smart, and is dirty. Yet, absolutely no evidence to support those concerns that I have found.

The PT/Sanchez column is the stupidest piece of writing this week. What a dolt! But, seeing those two reminds me of how Sanchez really zoned in on Damian too much last season, when PT was playing at such a high level. I think the roommate situation led Mark to focus way too much to Damian. And, I love Damian, but Mark forced some balls to him – Oregon St. Or, perhaps the coaches focused on Damian, but PT was lights out last season. He is going to have a solid career. Quite an impressive development from when he started at SC.
