Links for Monday 6/1
SB Nation has added some neat new features to our platform. One is that they make it easier to gather links from around the web so I am going to take it out for a spin this morning. Some of the links you have seen, others are new so it is a great opportunity to this portion of the new features out. I am going to try and use this everyday (schedule permitting) as it saves a lot of time in tracking pertinent news down.

Which prospects impressed during the first day of the NBA draft combine? - ESPN
DeRozan showed off his terrific athleticism. But more impressive was the solid shooting display he put on. While he still isn't a sharpshooter, he showed range out to the NBA 3-point line. For a guy who shot 18 percent from the college arc as a freshman, that has to come as a big relief.

The Wiz of Odds: Playing for Florida Must Pay Quite Well
Just getting into the Amway Arena to see the Orlando Magic in its run to the NBA finals has been tough enough. Getting a floor-level seat has been Herculean task. Which brings us to Tim Tebow. Didn't O.J Mayo get into trouble for doing something similar???

This is a kickass feature Paragon!
I love it! I read in the Daily News this past weekend that Randall Carroll got his ass handed to him in the 200 meter regionals (qualifiers for Sections? or State? I’m not sure?). That put a grin on my face, because- like a good Bruin, he’s come up with the excuse, (not verbatim, I’ve since disgarded the paper) “There was a headwind, it wasn’t a sprinter’s race today.”
Riiiiiiight?
(ps: Paragon, sorry about my Streeter/Pringle comment yesterday. I left for church at 10AM and spent the whole day with my girlfriend and her friends in Manhattan Beach. Didn’t read your request til it was way too late. Sorry my man. Your post was just excellent on the Streeter/Pringle articles. Way better than mine, I declare. Spot on!)
Comer4tide to Nico2.0: "How come I've never heard of any of your random songs?"
Todd to Comer: "Because if you had, he wouldn't listen to it. BOOM. Roasted."
Nico to Todd: "Shouldn't you be off voguing somewhere?"
