Marcus Johnson gets a sixth year
USC forward Marcus Johnson was granted another year of eligibility by the NCAA on Thursday but must sit out the first two games of next season.
Johnson played in an exhibition game at Connecticut during the 2007-08 season, which the NCAA originally counted as a year of eligibility, before he transferred to USC. The senior played in 16games last season and averaged 3.1 points and 1.8rebounds.
He is projected as a probable starter with seven players leaving the Trojans' roster since early April.
That is some good news.
Next year it is going to be all hands on deck!

Now I here Derrick Williams too
I know one of Derrick Williams coachs from playing basketball, I am going to call him and get the scoop on this. The funny thing is that back in january I talked to him and he was saying if TF got the ax then Derrick would go to Washington. I didn’t say much because I know he likes UCLA (my friend) so I just left it at that but this just plain strange.
