Wow I can't believe he wants to take off 8lbs of sweat he only has 12-14 lbs of fat

He would end up being 2-3% body fat, Paragon that isn’t healthy is it Doc

Well...

Lots of really high level athletes are 5% body fat or lower, but still I have to wonder how it effects vitamin uptake and overall metabolism to have nearly zero fat. The parents are both medical people and even though exercise science isn’t their specialty I’ll ask them about it and post if I learn anything interesting.
