"If you want to play pro football and you are a young high school athlete, you know going to USC is going to give you the best opportunity system wise and competitive wise on the field"

Herm Edwards during today's NFL Draft coverage on ESPN. USC had 11 players taken...The Domers had 1 and the 'ruins had NO ONE taken...go figure.

wow I thought they would have a few late rounders over at Nestor-tydidies Nation

I guess all that clean living and Westwood way of life just doesn’t work in the NFL, hey there is always CFL or World league

Hey dude I am just having fun, the briun players who are tough will make it and in coming years you guys will have more drafted.

But yes Pete has really done a great job of helping players to make a profession out of a game. If people would notice he is all about these kids getting a shot and not about winning, thats why they are so successful. This is why my jury is still in chambers on TF, because you got to teach first and rule later then you really earn your keep.

There were really only 2 bruins on the board

Brigham Harwell and Kalil Bell. Neither got drafted.

Personally, I’m surprised that Jeff Byers didn’t get picked up by anyone.
