vontaze burflict
why isnt he on usc??
why did he switch schools?
He was USC committed
till the last week of recruiting. I guess ASU offered him a starting role, while SC said he wouldn’t cuz of Chris Galippo.
Garrett Green!
Yessssss!
That guy is majorly badass. College football doesn’t make players like him these days. You’re right DFW- Garrett coulda won more games than Barkley this year. I don’t doubt that for a minute.

Made my day seeing him on there
And making it as Special Teams really summarizes the kind of player he was. I was really hoping he could get a garbage time farewell snap in the AZ game, but it didn’t work out that way. So happy for him to get this, though.
I didn't even think of that!
That would have been massive getting a farewell snap for him! He’ll forever be burned into my memory as one of the Trojans very best. Man, am I glad he chose USC. I’m not so sure how PC picks his QB’s- up until Leinart, skip JDB- making Sanchez sit? I seriously think success has gotten to PC.
To some extent, success has gotten to me (and we, as fans). Demanding and wanting so much and even more? I know this season has opened up some wounds, and we are all just a tad be feeling “entitled”. . . . .but there is a good argument in there for PC reading his press clippings and believing his own BS. There is.
If he’s willing to accept a large portion of the blame, I’m willing to put my whole entire trust back into him. Deal PC?

Canfield
Made passes left and right when he played at the Coliseum against us, I was really impressed. He brought the Beavers to within 6 points of a victory. I also think that of all the quarterbacks in the Pac10 I think that he is the NFL-ready, he has the size, instincts and strength to make it in the league if the draft was this week. That’s not to say that Barkley isn’t any good though, just give Matt some time and he’ll be a sure fire top 5 pick.
