Man, where did 2009 go?

I can't believe the year is almost over. It has been a great, but interesting year. Personally things are perfect, I have beautiful wife and a wonderful daughter. I have some wonderful people in my life...be it family, blogging or work. I really can't complain...

Professionally speaking things continue to roll, even in this bad economy. I have a great team that I work with and my management team above me has been tremendously supportive of my teams endeavors...but there is still a lot of work to do and some tough decisions will need to be made.

We have seen some tremendous growth here on CC as well. Our core of regulars have been great the whole year through and that has helped us attract a lot of new readers and participants. I can't thank you all enough for your continued support. It has been a trying year for USC and I am pretty sure that will continue into 2010...but we will worry about the bumps in the road when they come up.

I hope you all have a great day and that if you venture out that you make it there and make it back safe. Life is too short to sweat the little things. We all have a great family and friends...we have all had some great experiences this year and we all have a lot to be thankful for.

I know I do...

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone on CC. This year has been my first experience posting and it’s been great. SC fans should be thankful for CC because intelligent, insightful and entertaining conversation seems to be the norm here – and that is an amazing accomplishment by Paragon and DC Trojan.

As with every year, you bring a great perspective to all things Trojan. Your efforts and dedication in this “side” job of yours is peerless, I can’t imagine what kind of a ball-buster you must be at your real profession. I’m sure you’re even more badass

Thanks again for all that you do for us here on this fantastic forum. Be it Trojan or otherwise, hardly anyone else here on SB Nation does it better than you.

Happy Thanksgiving back at you Para and whole CC troop, and get a tennis racquet in that kids hand.

The truth is Lavin was an Okay coach but I liked him because Bibby was beating him. I have known Ben since 1978 and when he got to Ugla I knew it was going to be a battle in BB. But know we got Kevin and I think he is better than my friend, and after 3 years we will know. GO Trojans
