USC basketball News: Cunningham out for the year...
Talk about dumb F***ing luck...
USC junior forward Kasey Cunningham is expected to miss the remainder of the season because of a knee injury, a school spokesman said.
An MRI today revealed a torn ACL and a medial meniscus tear in Cunningham’s left knee. He suffered the injuries in the second half of USC’s game vs. Loyola Marymount on Saturday.
Cunningham missed most of the previous three seasons because of problems with the same knee. He had suffered three ACL tears in that knee before Saturday.
Who is the guy that fixed his knee the first time?
ACL revisions are not the easiest thing to recover from...
Sadly he is done.
Get well soon Kasey!!

Some guy in New Mexico but wow he had a brace on the knee, so much for the brace.
Sounds like who ever has done work on his knee, doesn’t know what he is doing.

Came here to post this....
What an absolutely awful break. I hope Kasey will be OK physically and not have to deal with crippling pain later in life with so many repeated tears. It is incredibly unfortunate for him and I had been looking forward to seeing him play an entire season ever since he came in my freshman year, but it looks like its not going to happen. Best wishes and I hope that he is able to psychologically adjust and finish up his degree.
FIGHT ON KASEY!!!

Wow the Bruins just got owned by Portland College 74-47, not to much offense in these kids.
It has become common knowledge that a 1-2-2 or a 3-2 zone will pretty much put this team in trouble. It seems that they can’t penetrate and fined an open player who can shoot, Ben continues to try an fined an open player under the basket for lay ups or short shots. This team is loaded with HS all-americans and Mickey Ds chosen ones, but can’t fine the net from outside a zone.
The truth is Lavin was an Okay coach but I liked him because Bibby was beating him. I have known Ben since 1978 and when he got to Ugla I knew it was going to be a battle in BB. But know we got Kevin and I think he is better than my friend, and after 3 years we will know. GO Trojans
