Sarkisian in a little hot water...
You be the judge. I think its much ado about nothing, but one can never know.
Actually, let's call it lukewarm water.
Trufant described a simulated game-day entrance to the field at Husky Stadium through the tunnel, complete with smoke and noise.
In the story published Monday, Trufant said, "I was shocked by what they did. They acted like it was a real game and they had smoke (in the tunnel) and we ran out of the tunnel. It was nice."
Once the story hit the web, the message boards -- namely those on a Washington State site called CougZone.com, lit up.
John Morris, UW's senior associate athletic director for compliance & student development, said the allegations and rumors were brought to his attention Tuesday morning.
"The rule at issue is Bylaw 13.6.7.9, which prohibits prospects from participating in any type 'game-day simulations' during a visit and prohibits the use of any 'personalized recruiting aids," he said.
Jerseys with players' names on them, or scoreboard displays with their names or pictures would be classified as "personalized recruiting aids."
Morris said, "I'm still gathering facts right now, and I will be discussing the issues with the Pac-10 to determine if, and to what extent, any of our activities crossed the line," he said.
Probably nothing...but he should know better.

tempest in a teacup
I think that this can be filed under the “oops” exemption for trivial crap, but that’s just one man’s opinion.
Must be something in the Seattle water

All that extra caffeine
Either that, or the (relative) lack of air pollution messes with the heads of these California coaches.
Moore lost to ND or LSU, here is the skinny from ESPN
Moore is ranked No. 4 nationally among athletes and No. 71 prospect overall. Recruited as a safety, he now favors Notre Dame and LSU. Among his other offers are UCLA, California, Arizona State, Arizona, Minnesota and Colorado.
“Yeah, I went ahead and decommitted today,” Moore told ESPN affillate WeAreUSC.Com. "I just felt USC wasn’t the place I wanted to be and I want to look at some other options out of state. Right now it’s pretty much Notre Dame and LSU, with Notre Dame in the lead. I’ll probably take a trip down to LSU next week.
“I kind of feel like I want to go to school out of state, see something new on my own, go somewhere I will get a good education and have an opportunity to play early.”

Don't we have...
Patrick Hall and TJ Mcdonald coming in? Aren’t both of those guys elite Safeties in HS? Can’t say I blame the guy, and if I recall Antwine Perez left for similar reasons. Best of Luck to Moore wherever he ends up, and he probably made the right decision if he did not wish to lose a year of eligibility.

I'd rather he went to LSU
But that’s just me being selfish. In a sense, it’s a plus when commits are clear early about changing their mind – it’s good for them, and it helps the SC coaching staff know where they stand.
The thing is that the female athletics keep their commits
These new football and basketball players who can’t make up their minds should start cross dressing, it will help all coaches know who they are dealing with. They have all become a bunch of drama kings!
