Coach Pete Carroll = ALL CLASS

While some morons keep making stupid remarks about the Coach, here is another display of his thoughtfulness and class (in addition to everything he has been doing with Better LA, Ryan Davidson, Ricky Rosas etc etc):

* Many have heard about the recent tragedy at Boron HS where a sophomore player was injured while making a tackle and was taken off life support less than a week later.  Last Friday night, the Boron team was riding the bus on their way to the first game they would play since the tragedy when the cell phone rang for the head coach.  It was a 213 phone number that he did not recognize, the coach figured it was yet another reporter who wanted to talk about young man.  Instead, the caller indentified himself as Pete Carroll.  The coach thought it was a joke until the recognized the voice on the other end.  Carroll just wanted to let the coach know that his team was in Carroll's thoughts that night. Boron went out and won the game.
