Who (or What) is USC's Most Difficult Opponent?
I've looked at the schedule and determined that the Trojans will probably be double digit favorites in all of their final ten games. All of USC's toughest opponents come to LA, and none of their road opponents are likely to mount serious challenges to the Trojan machine barring major letdown. Many Pac-10 fans seem ready to capitulate the battle for first place, and are ready for a fight to earn a possible Rose Bowl (more likely Holiday Bowl) berth.
So after USC's victory march over the Buckeyes, what do Trojan fans think will be the biggest obstacle to another national championship game? Is it a particular team, is it the upcoming matchup with Oregon? Or is it a deeper issue, one that would involve USC beating themselves to fall to a lesser Pac-10 school?
This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of Conquest Chronicles' writers or editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of Conquest Chronicles' writers or editors.

Well BearsNecessity. . . .that's a TWISTER!
The PAC 10’s season is long and hard on some, yet it’s also long and fun for others. I’m not convinced that ANY ONE OF OUR CONFERENCE RIVALS- and they are legion! – have given up the PAC 10 title whatsoever! There is a heinous schedule ahead of us, and if our football team doesn’t regain their thirst for competition, we may very well lose our next game- road-opener in Corvallis against OSU. Yeah dude! The “zero and two” Oregon State University Beavers! FOG, word !!!
Hey, don’t get me wrong! I’m diggin’ the Trojan-show, yo! I just wanna “grow” into the “hype” this team seems to be getting, and let the season unfold the way it will. The “nut-huggin” is cool and all, but it’s not really what we’re into.
There’s a lot of competition within the PAC 10, we have to go out and want to out-compete each and everyone of you guys. If not, we’ll get beat. Plain and simple.
So, who or what is USC’s most difficult opponent? Easy. . . . . .our next opponent.
