I didn't see this linked here, but before the win Saturday the NYTimes had this article about how Nick Sanchez had some unique ways of teaching leadership to his son while practicing sports.

I think there’s a lot to be said for having a father who encouraged him to be good at football and prepare for life without it. Seems like a pretty together family.
