May and Holtz square off...

As DC Trojan noted a lot of little quick hits today as I have a busy schedule. In depth stuff later on this evening...Paragon
. . . .

Gotta love Granny...he will go down with his ship always going against USC.

Granny is harmless. Knows his stuff but when it comes to ND and USC I already know where he is coming from and generally just get a laugh. On an earlier program he was trashing USC’s wide receiver’s, offensive line and inexperienced QB and just for good measure talked about our inability to stop a running QB (guess he didn’t watch the RB). Love Reece Davis’s comment about “I know someone who was infatuated after one game.” – and there certianly wan’t much to be infatuated about in the ND/SDSU game.

Coach Lou!

Holtz, with his coke-bottle bottom spectacles, has gotta get his game on this weekend! He has to! His son Skip is making the Holtz-name relevant again, what with his ECU football team knocking off some pretty good teams this year.

Holtz wasn’t relevant when he went to the other SC to coach. Luck of the Irish? Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

"Surround yourself with people who can't live without football" - 1st tenet of 3 for Bear Bryant's 3 Rules of Coaching . . . . .
