Williams released by the Titans
There is not a better example of why to stay in school and not to listen to some of these scumbag agents.
Mike Williams is out of the NFL, again. He was released Thursday by the Tennessee Titans, the third team to part ways with the former USC receiver.
Williams was taken No. 10 overall by the Detroit Lions in the 2005 NFL Draft. He caught 29 passes in two seasons there before being traded during the 2007 draft weekend to the Oakland Raiders.
The Raiders released him in the middle of the 2007 season and Williams signed with the Titans, where he did not play.
I am not going to beat a dead horse, Its just a damn shame...

It saddens me
to think that this guy could have been the best WR to ever come out of the Pac10. But he got too greedy, ate too many cheeseburgers and now he’s out of a job.
he had some bad advice
from people who didn’t have his best interests at heart. Too many hangers on looking to ride the gravy train.
