Happy Thanksgiving!

We all have something to be thankful for. No matter how big or how small we all have something in our lives that makes it that much more special.

I lost a dear friend from high school this year and it made me track down some people from my past that I missed and who meant so much to me back then- that is something to be thankful for. I am thankful that even in this nutty economy that my business has grown. Enjoy it now because it doesn't last forever.

I am thankful for our community here at CC, the friends and relationships that have been spawned because of this site has made it all that much more special. This year I had the pleasure of meeting DC Trojan and his family, Laughing Stock, Frak, Joel from Rocky Top Talk, Holly from EDSBS and the guy who started it all... my friend Peter Bean from Burnt Orange Nation. I also am thankful to my friend UCLADJ89, as like with DC Trojan our friendship has grown outside of CC and on to other things other than sports. The USC/UCLA aspect between us seems to always disappear when we talk, there simply more important things for us to discuss. The past couple of months have been trying in my effort to keep things rolling here on CC while maintaining an increased work load and responsibilities to my family. I have been close to shelving it a couple of times but I just can't walk away...

Most of all I am thankful for my wife and daughter for putting up to all the weird schedules that I have around work and CC. Their understanding and patience is incredible. I am also thankful to my daughters from my first marriage who have become beautiful women as they step out into the crazy world...I really can't take a lot of credit there but I am thankful for having them in my life.

Sappy...yes, but it is all these things have made for a great year in my life.

This is what its all about!

Have a capital Turkey Day!

Good on you, Paragon!

Fight On!

"Oh, would you look at that! You see, I just checked. . . .and it's true. I'm out of nerves for you to try to get on. There'll be NO MORE talkin', feel me?" words I woke up saying coming out of a trip-ass dream the other night. -Bix
