ASU QB Rudy Carpenter Probably Won't Play Against USC
Hey USC fans,
This is C.W. from House Of Sparky, SBNation's ASU blog.
Just got back from the Monday press conference, and QB Rudy Carpenter looks pretty hurt. His left ankle got sprained in Saturday's loss to Cal, and it seems likely that backup QB Danny Sullivan will be making his first career start at USC.
At the same time, USC QB Mark Sanchez is questionable for the game, with the bone bruise he sustained against Oregon.
Good luck on Saturday!
C.W.

Mitch Mustain
was said to have regularly shredded the first defense all last year playing for the scout team. He’s undefeated as a starter. Why the hell isn’t a 100% healthy Mustain starting over an iffy Sanchez?
Yes I’m a Bruin fan but I want the best Trojan team to face off against. I honestly think two great, competitive football teams are great for the rivalry and the PAC – 10.

I don't know which practices you are talking about
If shredding the 1st defense means throwing a lot of pick-6’s then I will agree with you. Every practice that I have attended Mustain has thrown at least 2 questionable passes. He is interception prone.

Hey frak
That WAS a sweet audible he called though, no? The audible was sweet, but the pass was just sublime. (homey got his first TD as a Trojan! Here’s hoping he gets scads more)
